Terms of Use

Terms for using the RepMinute marketing website and its published information.

About RepMinute and these terms

This website is operated by RepMinute Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17459121. Its registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Questions about these terms can be sent to charles.dance@repminute.com.

These terms apply to use of RepMinute's public marketing website.

Website purpose

The website provides general information about RepMinute's services for businesses.

Enquiries and consultations

The website's form requests a consultation. RepMinute will confirm any proposed time separately. Sending a request does not purchase a service, confirm an appointment or guarantee access to the customer portal.

Paid services are agreed separately

This website does not itself create a contract for services. Scope, pricing, opportunity acceptance and remedies are set out in a separately agreed order form or service agreement and the agreed Charter. That agreement governs paid services. These website terms do not rewrite those promises or remove rights relating to statutory protections or misrepresentation.

Content and availability

RepMinute keeps the website's availability and accuracy under reasonable review, but content may become incomplete or out of date and access may occasionally be interrupted. RepMinute may update, suspend or withdraw website content where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, RepMinute or its licensors own the website's content and intellectual property rights. You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business reference, provided you acknowledge RepMinute as the source and do not present modified material as RepMinute's own.

Responsible use

Do not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. RepMinute does not control their content or availability, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any limitations that apply to paid services are addressed separately in the binding service agreement.

Governing law and questions

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Please contact RepMinute at the email address above if you have a question or would like to try to resolve a concern.
