Pricing.

A one-off setup fee and a monthly retainer. Each plan guarantees a set number of accepted opportunities over six months, with agreed fees for delivery above your included total.

Planned for 10 working days once inputs and access are ready; dependencies may affect timing. Campaign go-live is scheduled separately.

Six-month minimum from campaign go-live; monthly figures are planning targets. Minimum costs exclude additional opportunities. RepMinute is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.

Commercial terms

Payment
Retainers are paid monthly in advance. Setup is separate and is not credited against them.
Commitment
Six months from campaign go-live, even if the included total is reached early.
What counts
Opportunities must meet all six agreed checks, pass evidence and quality review, and be accepted through the agreed customer process. Opportunity checks
Additional delivery
Extras count across the first six months, use the same acceptance criteria and require an agreed budget. Billed after acceptance; valid replacements and guarantee shortfalls are free.
During delivery
Agreed scope and customer responsibilities apply throughout. Customer delays and pauses follow the campaign terms.
After six months
Once the guarantee is met, service rolls monthly with 30 days’ notice. Any shortfall is delivered free first; renewal allowance and extra budget are agreed separately.
